Shipping and Returns
What is your shipping policy?
  Shipping charges on orders are estimates. The shipping charges will be based on actual shipping plus insurance and a minimal handling fee. For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder.
We ship orders in the US through UPS Ground Service. We are closed weekends and all Holidays. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order. We will try our best to send your order as complete as possible, however there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will not be charged, since it was not shipped to you.

Has my order shipped?

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
What is your return policy?
  Returns must be made within 5 days upon receiving your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization number; this RMA number must be visible on the outside of the return box. Returns without a RMA number will be refused. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for credits to be posted to your account. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Packages that are refused on delivery will be treated as returns and will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
